Description

Plugin downloads should include a readme file showing: 1. Proper installation 2. Usage instructions 3. Any cleanup that needs to be done if the user de-activates the plugin and decides to get rid of it.

Could we include this as part of the new .xml?

Otherwise use TiddlyWiki like our manual?
