Adapt Twitter and Twitter Silo into plugins for Laconi.ca

Description

The laconi.ca software (used by a host of installations already, including identi.ca) boasts a twitter-compatible API, making it really easy to adapt software that uses the Twitter API to work with Laconi.ca.

And given that Laconi.ca is FLOSS (and Twitter is not)... :)

Only one extra is needed for these plugins, I think: currently the API endpoint is hard-coded (and I think it occurs at multiple locations), but because there are multiple instances of laconi.ca the API endpoint should be a user-configurable variable.

Just for kicks, I replaced 'twitter.com' with 'identi.ca/api' and wouldn't you know it, I was able to retrieve my most recent identi.ca status in the plugin. Didn't test out posting *to* identi.ca though.
