Blogroll management UI is not intuitive

Description
It is not immediately apparent how one would go about adding a new link to the blogroll, having clicked Manage->Blogroll.
Eventually the "Publish a new Blogroll link" gets clicked. Perhaps that verb "Publish" is unclear? The line of text should be separate from the previous sentences describing what can be done on this page - maybe a new paragraph?
Then we click the link. The page that loads doesn't have a title! Top of the page has only the 'Add Quick Link' button.
The fieldset below it is not labeled. Either it should be labeled, or there should be some sort of [OR] in between the 'Add Quick Link' button and the form.
So the user fills in the form and hits 'Save'. He is then faced with the exact same form and fields, with only the session messagebar up top quipping "Successfully added blog...". The 'Save' button has split into 'Update' and 'Auto Update' and 'Delete'.
There's no obvious way to get back to the management page short of going back to the top menus. Why not expand the session message to also give a link to 'Add another' (blanks out the form to immediately add a new one) and also 'Return to the management page'? There needs to be some sort of breadcrumb trail to follow.
