Plugin request: Site bounce

Description

Is it possible have a plugin which sets up a page to bounce to another site but still initially registers as a page load on your original site (for stats), but also can be set to not appear in the navigation tab.

Examples of this <a href="http://www.somefoolwitha.com">on my own site</a> done with page templates in wordpress is <a href="http://www.somefoolwitha.com/flickr">my flickr bounce</a> (which does appear in the navigation) but also <a href="http://www.somefoolwitha.com/360">my xbox 360</a> bounce doesnt.

I actually have quite a few of these which are set up but which very rarely appear in the site.

Its a bit fiddly to do with page templates and means you cant have Habari/Wordpress build the nav bar automatically.

Wouldn't it be easier to use a stats package that tracks outgoing clicks to links instead? Several of the existing javascript-based stats programs track clicks on links to external sites and recognize that the user is leaving your site...

True, for some reason I really like mydomain/somewhere and have that page redirect to that 'somewhere'.
