K2 should style drafts and published posts differently

Description

Currently K2 styles drafts and published posts identically. Thus, when a user is logged in, it may appear that their drafts have been published, leading to confusion. This arose recently where a user thought that their imported WP drafts had been published (issue #120).

For example a tiled "draft" background image added to drafts, or some other obvious styling, would solve this issue.
