Login Page Shows Up Improperly in IE7

Description

Using IE7, all the controls are offset to the left side of the page and appear one right under the other.

Works for me in Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows XP with r2433.

To be more specific - Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows Vista. The login page still looks like the image I uploaded yesterday after updating to r2433.

I've found out this behavior is related to my theme. Closing as invalid.
