Adding a tag to a post causes a pdo error

Description

After updating to r2444 I receive the following error when trying to add a tag to a post:

Warning: PDO::prepare() [function.PDO-prepare]: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 unrecognized token: "{" in system/classes/databaseconnection.php line 235

Saving a post without tags works as it should.
